Bio:
Ed “Sax” Thomas is a Cincinnati-based inspirational saxophonist with nearly 40 years of experience blending Gospel and Jazz. He began playing at age 13 and went on to perform at churches, weddings, festivals, and major events across the tri-state area, earning a reputation as a versatile and soulful musician. A longtime accompanist for the Lincoln Heights Missionary Baptist Church Choir, he also performs with The Muzic Company and released his debut album, In HIS Will, in 2004, followed by his sophomore album Be Patient With Me and Ed Sax Thomas Christmas. A retired Procter & Gamble R&D professional of 35+ years, Ed now teaches saxophone to young musicians. He has been married to his wife, Ingrid, for nearly 40 years and is the proud father of two daughters, Kiera and Gabriyel.
